I remember the exact moment I fell in love with Emerson Fry (who was then known as EmersonMade): the second I saw her black Mod Dress. A simple sheath dress reminiscent of every 60s look I’d been desperate to emulate — I knew I had to have it. Then I snatched up one of her gold necklaces, which I’ve worn every single day for at least two years, and a pack of her “bag of dresses,” which I firmly believe to be a genius idea. Years later, Emerson is still going strong, as evidenced by her brilliant Spring 2013 collection full of effortlessly cool chic:
There are absolutely no words for how nuts I am about the pattern seen in this top on the left — gold and black are easily my greatest obsession right now, and it has the greatest vibe of updated Art Deco:
